Chocolate covered cherries... remix

So when I hear chocolate covered cherries I think this...

YUCK!!

But these are sooo much better!

Super moist cherry cake dotted with chocolate chips covered in rich chocolate truffle. The cake was a big hit at Kelli's going away party :( We sure will miss her and the boys!!

Hopefully it goes over as well at Easter!

My plan is to hopefully try a new cake recipe every other week or so.... look for the next segment... root beer float! Yum.... now how will my guinea pigs like it?

Busy Busy Busy

Wow was this weekend busy!! I had two large cakes... and I have been planning for them for forever so it was pretty stressful! lol But they both came out amazing with rav reviews!!

This was for a girl in my son's playgroups birthday... She turned 3! Happy Birthday Hailey!

The flavors were white cake with strawberry mousse on top and chocolate cake with white chocolate mousse filling on bottom.

This next one was for my cousin's baby shower... she love tinkerbell!

The flavors were coconut with coconut buttercream filling on top, chocolate cake with milk chocolate filling in the middle, and white cake with strawberry mousse filling on the bottom

I also included some cake pops!

Orange Dream

What a busy baking day!! I tried out a new white cake recipe, although it is good, to me its just not good enough... my search will continue. But I did get six cakes baked, including the new order I got today for an adult cake.
